Even if you don't speak Italian, you will be able to easily make reservations at restaurants ranging from Michelin Guide-listed establishments to small, locally-loved trattorias. This opens up the chance to enjoy authentic pasta, pizza and other quintessential Italian cuisine to the full.

In response to the increase in the number of Japanese travellers due to the expansion of air routes between Japan and Italy, AutoReserve will offer a reservation service for approximately 120,000 carefully selected restaurants throughout Italy.

In 2023, Vietnam welcomed 590,000 Japanese visitors annually (※1). More recently, in September 2024, 68,068 Japanese travelers departed for Vietnam, making it the second most popular Southeast Asian destination after Thailand (※2).

As the demand for dining out recovers post-pandemic, restaurants are facing increasingly severe challenges, such as labor shortages and rising costs of ingredients and utilities.  

Amid the growing emphasis on efficiency, **Respo** has been expanding its user base as an all-in-one tool designed to support restaurant operations seamlessly.
